Varsha, I had a awesome time. After a long time I felt so energetic, calm, relaxed. My mind, body and soul. I am glad I came and cancelled the meeting.


You are so nice to keep us focused . It's difficult to stay focused and take time out from our life. But you made that happen. Everything to the perfect time for me. Your voice , modulation all so soulful and very smooth. You are so divine , spiritual, sweet and  soft.


Very true ... I think it's God's doing and we meant meet and do this together.

I’ve been attending Varsha’s yoga sessions for almost a year. 
I love her classes. She exudes a very calm, positive energy. Her classes involve cultural and spiritual elements, she explains the purpose of every exercise and its benefits and I always leave feeling energised, and recentered. That’s a precious commodity in a very busy life! Varsha is not just a yoga teacher, she lives and practices the philosophies she wants to share. I always look forward to learning and sharing her energy and knowledge every time I see her.

In 4 sessions of attending your Yoga Classes we were able to benefit tremendously in many areas: Stretching of arms, legs, toes in circular motion, neck, waist.  We were able to gauge how stiff our body was.

 

After learning the correct way of breathing we noticed how shallow we were breathing.  Thank you for teaching us ways of relieving stress by doing meditation. We are already reaping the benefits of Yoga in just 4 sessions..  It has opened a new avenue for us in living a healthy life.

 

Thank you Varsha for teaching us the the correct yoga pranayama.  You have definitely mastered the techniques from your gurus and we feel blessed that  you have shared them with us wholeheartedly.

I hope and pray to God that someday I get to that level of peace and I enjoy yoga, it helps with my asthma. The breathing and relaxation techniques helps with my breathing. Trying to ween off my medications.

When you are in a dark place, you tend to think you have been buried, perhaps you have been planted, so bloom.

The Aum and the light pranayama practices with Varsha during my tough times gave me the strength to bloom and dissipated the buried feeling in me.  Her commitment to help me and her teaching style uplifted my spirits.  Never give up, always believe that little by little, day by day, what is meant for you will find its way.

Varsha’s weekly yoga class at the Commonwealth clubhouse is a very pleasant and productive way to spend a morning. The class is a good balance of yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and guided relaxation exercises. People at all skill levels can benefit as you do only as much as you are comfortable doing. Varsha is excellent at creating a soothing and accepting atmosphere. It’s a very special class and I always leave in a wonderful state of peaceful calm. The class has been so popular that it has quickly outgrown the facility.

My name is Aparna Shah. My husbnd  Shantilal Shah and I have known Varsha Pangarkar for more than 10 years. Her positive approach in life, cheerful nature and dedication in Yoga/ Meditation is very visible and we both admire it a lot. 


Recently (in April and May 2018) we began attending sessions of Yoga and Pranayam with her specifically to help with artheritis and sinus issues. After every session we have felt very relaxed as she put all of her sincere efforts in making us understand the correct technique. She has been very attentive and careful to make sure we are doing the asanas and pranayam in correct way. As she has worked with us, she has paid attention to our specific needs and adjusted her courses for our health situation. Outside of class she has followed up with us to make sure we are following the prescribed sequence at home.


We have really appreciated her guidance and able instruction. We are fortunate to have a friend and mentor like Varsha and will highly recommend her to our own friends and family.

Since I began taking yoga classes with Varsha Aunty, I have developed a fondness for yoga and pranayam. Before taking her classes, yoga seemed inimidating and lengthy process.  Especially with a busy school schedule and many extra-currciular acivities. The day I tried yoga, her calm demeanor and patient approach to yoga made me feel at ease and I am  excited to learn more! Every class is unique.


Her yoga teachings is fun and exciting. Her students have the opportunity to learn a new skill they can take home and practice. She also demonstrates step by step each move, explaining why the asana is important and how it can help you in your daily life.


She makes yoga easier to understand and enjoyable for all. Due to regular practice of some of these yoga poses and pranayama, I have been able to reduce my stress levels at school. The environment in every class is supportive and joyful, continuously pushing me to try my best. I now look forward to my next class!

I have been attending varsha's yoga class from February. I am really enjoying the class . Her pranayama and meditation is excellent. Her instructions are clear and gives individual attention to all. I am very comfortable in her class and try my best not to miss any class. I strongly believe she is a very gifted yoga teacher. I wish her all the best in her yoga therapy course.

Varsha’s  yoga classes are combined physical exercise into body healthy. She’ll tell you this motion is good for stomach, that posture is benefit on shoulder, etc. I really enjoy and benefit from her Pranayama (breathing exercises) which are new to me, although I have been practicing yoga for a long time. I try to join her yoga class each Tuesday at Commonwealth Club House.

I was going through a lot of health issues and your classes made me relax and build strength.  Your voice is very soothing and I love the breathing session, meditation and yoga.
