Taking Detox sessions with Varsha has helped me in keeping my mind calm and to stay positive. Breathing and meditation sessions were very effective and relaxing. Detailed daily routine/ food suggested by Varsha has been very helpful in detoxing the body and helped me in following a daily regime to be healthy. Her Sessions are inspirational and guide us to be grateful for what nature gives us, eating fresh nutritional meals and through daily Practice of Pranayama and meditation, to stay in peace and bliss.
