In 4 sessions of attending your Yoga Classes we were able to benefit tremendously in many areas: Stretching of arms, legs, toes in circular motion, neck, waist. We were able to gauge how stiff our body was.
After learning the correct way of breathing we noticed how shallow we were breathing. Thank you for teaching us ways of relieving stress by doing meditation. We are already reaping the benefits of Yoga in just 4 sessions. It has opened a new avenue for us in living a healthy life.
Thank you, Varsha, for teaching us the correct yoga pranayama. You have definitely mastered the techniques from your gurus, and we feel blessed that you have shared them with us wholeheartedly.
