Hi Varsha, thank you for hosting such an amazing detox retreat. I have learnt a lot and plan to incorporate it in my daily life. I have added Oil pulling and three lobe yogic breath to my morning yoga and meditation.

The first session was very good. I had a lot of energy throughout the day. I liked the way you lead and would like you to drive it at the same pace. Some information and then meditations is a good combination and it helped me to keep going strong yesterday even though it was a demanding day. It worked well for me.
I enjoyed all the sessions! Having longer meditation was good. All the mudra pics you had sent helped us during the session, as we could learn and practice the mudras before the session. I felt very refreshed after each session.
