Varsha was kind to tutor me on “diabetic” remedial yoga sessions.

The sessions were very friendly, engaging at the cognitive, physical and emotional level. They focused on physical wellbeing by not just demonstrating the asanas, but also focused on the techniques using the breathing and the postures. I felt lucky and blessed to get such a teacher who is so convincing and persuasive in imparting the knowledge around the asanas and the pranayama. The combination of the Yoga and Diet resulted in a very soothing and calming state of mind!

Varsha has a great hold on pranayama. Even though I was doing them prior to attending the sessions, her corrections and techniques helped me a great deal in experiencing the outcomes.

Having practiced her lessons, I got inspired to join the YICC course to learn the intricacies/nuances of the asanas and pranayama. My intent is to share the knowledge and the wellbeing with the community around me.
