Yoga Detox

Hi Varsha, thank you for hosting such an amazing detox retreat. I have learnt a lot and plan to incorporate it in my daily life. I have added Oil pulling and three lobe yogic breath to my morning yoga and meditation.

The first session was very good. I had a lot of energy throughout the day. I liked the way you lead and would like you to drive it at the same pace. Some information and then meditations is a good combination and it helped me to keep going strong yesterday even though it was a demanding day. It worked well for me.

I enjoyed all the sessions! Having longer meditation was good. All the mudra pics you had sent helped us during the session, as we could learn and practice the mudras before the session. I felt very refreshed after each session.

I have known Varsha for over a year. I started attending her yoga class on Tuesday. Every time after the yoga class, I was very energized without fail. Varsha imparts vibrations that gives you energy. It may be the sequence of yoga exercises or just the vibrations that makes you feel rejuvenated.

I attended her detox class recently. That included pranayama, chanting and daily recommendations for morning, afternoon and night activities as well as what food to eat. Varsha puts her mind and heart into the training sessions. I have benefited by attending them.

Taking Detox sessions with Varsha has helped me in keeping my mind calm and to stay positive. Breathing and meditation sessions were very effective and relaxing. Detailed daily routine/ food suggested by Varsha has been very helpful in detoxing the body and helped me in following a daily regime to be healthy. Her Sessions are inspirational and guide us to be grateful for what nature gives us, eating fresh nutritional meals and through daily Practice of Pranayama and meditation, to stay in peace and bliss.

I really enjoyed Varsha’s Summer Detox sessions. I liked the information session explaining Diet and Dinacharya- the daily routine to follow which she guided us to do.  The pranayama vibrations were so good and Doing meditation together every day was energizing and relaxing. I could feel the change in my body. I especially loved the So ham meditation.

I have known Varsha for many years now and I attend her Tuesday yoga Class and really enjoy the energy in her classes.

I have started adding oil pulling and pranayama to my Dinacharya, my daily routine😄😄

At it’s the end of 9 days, I Will miss meeting everyday now,but look forward to our regular Tuesday morning class.
